SPRING CREEK ... YOU HAVE A LONG EMAIL WITH TEN PHOTOS SHOWING THE PRECESS STEP BY STEP. IF THE EMAIL SURVIVES IT'S TRIP ALONG THE WEB, YOU'LL HAVE NO PROBLEM. UNTIL THERE ARE TOO MANY "HITS" ON YOUR PHOTOS. I PAY $5 PER MONTH FOR NOW, BUT WILL SOON START HOSTING ON MY BROTHERS SERVER.

Sweet looking gun, is that a silencer? Pretty quiet?

    Did you float the barrel?

First off, thanks jsergovic for posting the picture and sending the info that I hope can help me post my own pictures.
I presume you got the Skeeter Skelton High-Power pictures also.
Ruger270man, no I haven't floated the barrel "Yet".
But, even in "My" shaky hands it's so unbelievably accurate that I'm wondering if I want to do anything more right now!
As I posted earlier on the 10-22 post; this 10-22 I built specifically for the Aquila SSS (SniperSubSonic) and installed a custom built 1 in 9" twist barrel to stabilize the 60grain bullets.
(Many people have complained of the SSS bullets "Key Holing" when shot from the "Slower" twist barrels (ie. standard barrel).
I've yet to have anything that is not a "Perfect" hole even at 100yards.)
Has a 4.5 X 14 Nikon Buckmaster scope for the Adj. Objectives to avoid the 22 paralax problems. Leupold QD rings and Power Custom trigger group. Fajan Thumb Hole stock.
Yes, that is a "Registered" silencer and it is rated at 40db.
I've had pellet rifles that made almost as much noise.
It is quiet, but I'll keep you posted as
I am waiting for a call any day now, that my form IV is back so I can pick up my new 34db rated silencer to put on it.
I can pick off starlings in amongst the cattle herd and neither do the starlings or the cattle "Have a Clue" as to what's going on.
Except maybe for the starlings "Beside" the one that takes a "Quick Nap"!!!!!!!!!!!
These darn toys and all the joys!

To keep loading times to a minium for dial-up users, I'll just post the link to the pictures instead of actually posting all the pics here:
