Item description:
Stand on a shoreline, dock or bridge and find fish up to 35 feet away. Toss the floating transducer into the water and let the Fish Finder automatically show you the location, size, and depth of fish.
Does it work? I don't fish much from a boat, and when I do it's just a small leaky semi-v bottom aluminium boat. I was wondering if for this purpose, along with fishing from the shore, if this would work. Anyone have any experience with 'em?

Anyway, I've got one that was given to me,
if you want to try it a while I'll ship it your way.
I haven't played with it.
