CVA Hunterbolt 209 Magnum, lousy trigger!!!

Well, this is just great[:(!] The trigger on this thing feels like you are dragging a brick uphill with your finger. Is there any way to lighten this bugger up some? The trigger assy appears to be pinned together, should I even attempt to dissasemble or should I get some finger weights and strengthen my finger up?

Politicians are like diapers, every so often you need to change them, for obvious reasons.

    Take it to a 'smith... I have a Remington 700MLS and it was a little rough for a Remmy so I had it cleaned up and it breaks better than my Rem .300 win mag now. I'll bet they can do the same for yours. All of my CVA's (admitably were sidelocks) had a nice trigger for what they were and the price of them. It may be such a thing you've got some BP debris in it, it certianly happens...
