This guy may have them but his web site is hard to search.

One thing about them that I've never liked - and never heard anybody else mention - is that you are not supposed to release the manual safety until just before the shot. And that's damn hard to do with your thumb stuck through the stock.
    I may be a bit crazy - but I didn't drive myself.

Want a great one???? Buy either a Boyds or Stockys stock, from Fort Pierce Florida. I have seven Stocky stocks and 13 boyds. All are thumb hole stocks. Go to Stocky's web sight and I will post some pictures for you later. I think I paid about 100 bucks for them on sale. They run sales all years. Oakie. Paul, if you send me your number, I can just text you pictures that way. Oakie

I saw a Japanese movie where one of the men carried an M1 Carbine that has a wood stock with a thumbhole stock. It had a great shinny finish.
I thought that is was beautiful.

    I dunno pwillie...

Thumbhole stocks are great for bench shooting but horribly uncomfortable for carry, especially with a heavy barrel gun. Like Rocky said, some are hard to operate the safety with as well.
Fanatic collector of the 10mm auto.
