Reed sure seems convinced; he must stand in front of a mirror and talk himself into this stuff. He reminds me of something important -- the Founding Fathers distrusted lawyers and thought they should not be Congressmen. How times have changed. Now they act like Mr. Smith is unqualified to hold the job.

    I think he wants to preserve the ability for all lawyers want....to go after the ones with the DEEP POCKETS!!! That sure sounds like what he wants, anyway...
