I like the practicality, of the synthetic camo stock. However, if I ever own one, (and I will one day.) it will be in the classic walnut with blued steel.
This whole "collecting," thing can get way out of hand. (If you let it.)

several years ago I decided it was time no matter what ,
I had a friend of mine who is a FFL we looked up the price ( dealer cost )
I was set to order one when a like new (and it is) enhanced model Springfield came on GB it was 300.00 less than a base model at dealer cost .. so GB and the posting dealer filled that spot for me [^][^]
NM sights can be bought from Fulton Armory.
