Foregrip Bipods "Taticool"

Anyone have one of the vertical foregrips with the spring loaded bipod that deploys with the push of a button? Kind of thinking of getting one more "taticool" item for the DPMS. I've seen them at gunshows and advertised on-line anywhere from 12 bucks to over a hundred. Would like some feedback on them.

    Grip pod.
    I have two.
Beware of imitators. There are airsoft knockoffs. Buy from a reputable dealer if you go that route. Their dealers are listed on their website.

I like them a lot mainly because it's a very clean way to carry a bipod

There have been a couple of threads re them in the last few weeks.

I have one and like it.
The bipod function works well, but I don't use it as a grip when carrying.

Not sure how much was paid as I got it as a gift.

I like mine. Helps at the range when I shoot on the bench, and works well as a grip. Cost $20 at a gun show.

Agreed. Bipod's fine, using it as a grip is kind of awkward in my opinion.

Seemed popular with the troops in Iraq (when they were here last year). Kept em from having to lay their rifles on the floor in the mess hall (DFAC).
