I bought a feeder from Cabelas in July 2002. It is an Elite On-time Feeder with a life time warranty. Well a bushing came out of motor and it will not work. I call Cabelas and a nice woman gives me the number to On time Feeders.
I call the toll free number and get transfered to another super nice lady. She asks what kind of feeder I have. She tells me I can easily put the new part in or I can send it to them and they will do it. I elect to do it to save time.She did not want a proof of purchase.
Needless to say,these 2 companys will get my business in the future!

You did good on the feeder as well wheeler. Met the owner and several others when they started the company several years ago. He was very serious about the quality. Actually took the unit up in a plane and dropped it, shot it with a gun (don't recall caliber). Point is, the guy was serious about building something that water and critters couldn't hurt.
