Never done so myself, but have been fortunate enough to have eaten the meat several times. Good stuff! Best wild game taste I've found.
Maybe Allen will tell us something in Alaska is better. Seems I remember him mentioning Muskox??? Maybe Happy too, since they have them in Greenland.
