It's not my favorite show, but I really liked the one where the team shot the matchlock, the flintlock musket, and the flintlock rifle. The episode with the Civil War rifles and cannon was good to.

Initially the guy bothered me but I get a kick out of it now. I have no idea what his credentials are, but he does seem to know the manual of arms for a lot of stuff. I have enjoyed his shows on edged weapons in particular, as well as the one on old-fashioned variations of clubs, maces, bludgeons and such.

I'm sure he researches in detail and at length before doing a show. He does rely on the 'experts' in his show and lets you know where he and his bunch lack skill. All in all a good show, just not long enough for most episodes,IMHO.

I like to watch the episodes about ancient and medieval weapons (especially edged weapons).

I saw that episode with the old rifles and whatnot. That was rather interesting... I didnt realize how difficult it was to use those things. Now i know why they would jsut stand 50 feet away from each other. Then again...it would be lucky if you hit anyone from there...
