Works "100%" without a bolt or receiver cover!

    why does it have to go FFL with out the receiver
    lets see
    Barrel check
    stock check
    trigger check
    no receiver no FFL

    If you look at the photo is is obvious the receiver is there. What's missing is bolt and bolt cover. Maybe the guy meant "receiver cover" for bolt cover.

    the moniter i have at work sux ever thing is dark
    my point was if it does not have a receiver as stated it does not have to go through an FFL correct

    The description is incorrect. The missing parts appear to be the bolt carrier, bolt, and receiver cover.
