Anyone ever have an I J A & C wks 22 cal Target sealed 8 ?
A friend just inheirited one and I've been cleaning it for him and derusting. Wasn't cared for and has pitting but I did dismantled it and get the rust off did a cold blue as that was all I thought was warented.
Fired one round of rat shot through it. That was all I had 22 cal here. Seems to work ok. Ejecting the shell was a pain as it stuck in the chamber and the cylinder pin ( used as an ejector ) was just barely adequate.
Also has a J Stevens Savage I may pick up from him if the price is not too dear. It's a youth model 73. Just thought I'd put shorts in it for a close up varmint gun. Need something here in the "wilderness" [:D]

This was one 'cartridge' left over from when my dad died four years ago. It was in some stuff I clean up from his place. Been sitting on the bench all this time in an odds-n-ends bowl. Didn't even know if it would fire but it was all I had for a test-fire.
