    Yeah, I'm sure they would be real pissed, considering the U.S. became a country as a result of dissent. And non-popular feelings.

    A lot of vets disagreed with the war after they understood the politics that got us into that one. Ho Chi Min was a US friend until the Politicians got involved. Tho' I believe he was a Socialist he would have been more aligned with the US than with mainland China. He didn't want to be swallowed by them.

    I also fail to understand how their opinion,(please refer to post on Green Beret's opinion of Kerry) makes them traitors. Politics in this country has alway put people on extreme ends of differing opinion, and action. That is unless you think anyone who's opinion is different than yours is dangerous and should be eliminated.

    (Shades of Stalin and Saddem Hussien)
