I would almost be afraid to eat that thing.
I wonder where it was shot. 3 mile island?

Sure is ugly! I like WIIIIIIIIIIIIDE racks, not tall skinny ones (unless we are talking 'bout the two-legged version). [:I][:p]

I'm not positive and take this for what it's worth, but I believe that this thing is the new Boone & Crockett record holder.

Look guys, a guaranteed way to get coal in your stocking is to shoot at Santa's sleigh or his reindeer. It's not a recomended practice.[:o)]

As for that thing being B&C Probably. Personally I think the gene pool is probably much better off for it's removal. That rack looks anything but normal.

Not sure Boone & Crocket has a "photo shop" catagory....this picture has been all over the internet and different web sites, many believe it's computer enhanced.

If I was deer hunting and saw that thing, I would calmly and casually shoot him, most likely dropping him on the spot, or at worst watching him run a short distance. I would be totally cool and relaxed as I walked up to him, and then, when the surge of adrenaline hits me, I would shake all over and jump up and down like a goofball going "I got a big deer! I got a big deer!" This is why I never hunt with anyone who has a video camera going. Yes, I would be proud as can be to take such an incredible animal, assuming that it is real.

LaCross player on steroids??? Not likely a B&C record but should make book. Velvet always gives the impression of more mass that is actually there.

I was in a Ford dealership in Wolf Point, Montana a few years back. They must have had twenty of these wierd deer heads. This one would look right at home there. LOL

It ain't what you shoot, it's what you hit.

Yeah, it does look computer enhanced, it seems that guy is having quite an easy time holding the rack up with just one hand, and not even straining his arm..

Would you shoot a deer with spots? Even one like this?
    spotted.jpg

Would you consider this to be a trophy deer?
    eriks_buck.jpg

While the origional photo may have been "photo-shopped", it could very well be a Roe deer.
We are used to seeing Whitetails and Mulies, and our reactions are baised on that, not on a larger knowlege of deer species.

Some guys like a mag full of lead, I still prefer one round to the head.

This is no world record. The story of the (muzzle loader) kid shooting the record is the Iowa Buck (called the walking world record because of photos of it for years). The story and pictures are in a Magazine (American Whitetail I think).

This team is the duo who are doing game farm hunts. I posted a site earlier about them. They are all over the website for a game farm and are dropping Big Bucks (as in mega Thousands) on Big bucks.

One of those before you shoot, we need to discuss the price then we open the cage, hunts.

...sure bet it would have been fun to watch that thing run through a tree thicket! When those antlers hit a low hanging tree branch...wack,thud! It would do a flip onto it's back and crash down.
    It is strange!
