    Mine came in today. The postage was a whole $1.29. The envelope and flag weighs about five onces altogether. The material is a very thin synthetic. All in all i can't complain. you can't get a flag around here for less than $10.00 and it is the same material.

    I would say that you do pay for the flag. i don't think they're giving them away.
