What kind of digital camera to look for?

I have a digital camera but it really does not take good pictures at all . I have to have a lot of light, and even with that they still turn out blurry and not clear. What would be a good digital camera to buy and try to keep the cost under 100. Thanks [:D]

Thomas Jefferson, of Virginia:
"Laws that forbid the carrying of arms. . . disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes. . . Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man."

Any well known brand camera, with at least 2 megapixels, an preferably at least an optical zoom, (digital zoom is inferior, but many cameras have both, which is fine), should be fine. Also, its good to invest in some Nicads and a charger.

    I like my Fuji.
