I have bought my 16 year old daughter an accoustic guitar for Crhristmas.Any players out there can give me info on lessons,are thereany DVDs that can help.

    Toolbrat plays some and her brother plays in a band. Its called Stone Pidgions. Thay play Christain rock and have opened for Jars of Clay.
    The Big guys on the forum can play (Bigdaddy and BigT7mm) Also Timberbeast.

    Let's see, I've got a Les Paul, an Epiphone six string acoustic, a Yamaha 12 string acoustic, and an Epiphone Joe Pass Emperor II hollow body electric. Yeah, I play guitar a bit. [8D]

    Another guitar player here too! Been playing about 30 years...started with Bluegrass, played some rock in the 70's, country and back to bluegrass again! Have had some guitars that like guns, should have been kicked in the butt for selling them like the Gretcsh Chet Atkins model, the National Dobro, ......All I have now is one of the very early Sigma(by Martin) and my Martin! GHD

    That's not a guitar, it's a rifle. Be careful! Seriously, I have a '52 Martin D-18. Bought it in '62 when I mover to Indy. All my play'in friends have moved to FL - or much farther. Have fun.

    I play Bass guitar in a local band called "American Standard" Been playing since I was 14. Played my first bar-gig at 16. I play a Jackson "Kelly" bass and a 1967 Gibson EB3. I have a Gallion-Kruger RB400 on top of a dual 15" Mesa-Boogie cabinent. Also have an old Ampeg for back-up and a Peavy 115-S equiped with a Black-Widow. I got an old Fender Acoustic guitar also that I fool around with... So the answer is "YES" , I play guitar[8D]
