How do you find locked out members?

I thought you went to the members list and it had a lock beside the members name, but after spending alot of time and not finding any I thought it would be easier to just ask?

You click on members and type in the screne name you wanna search for.

Or search under the letter their name begins with. Their name will be in the list with a lock next to it. Locked out names won't show if you just go through the main list, but if you click on the alphabet letters across the top of the page, locked names will show in those lists. I have no idea why.
