Put 2 or 3 B-52H's on race track patrols over the northern part of the peninsula loaded with as many 500 lb JDAMs as will fit on board. Ground forces call in a target, 52 crew programs and drops a bomb. Next!

    Yeah and China is cutting off their oil imports now?I doubt this is going anywhere unless Israel attacks Iran first. That would change everything for everyone world wide.

    Limited surgical operations maybe, but an all out attack...SUICIDE! They would be decimated from all sides before anyone could even help them.




    +1. Israel doesn't have the amount of people or equipment needed to launch an all-out war on a country they don't even have a common border with, and they don't have the physical space to adequately protect their civilian population and national infrastructure from counter-attack.

    North Koreaa is between a rock and a hard spot. It has been a long winter, they don't seem to be able to feed their own people. They either get desperate people doing desperate things. And/or make enough noise and rattle enough sabers so somebody sends them some food to shut them up. And/or divert the populations attention away from the scrotum running the place and point them at an enemy, any enemy. Even if it does cause a war, fewer people to feed when they get finished and then U.N. swoops in to render assistance.

    Could turn into a sticky situation and cause South Korea some grief.

    In the end they have no chance in heck against the U.S. If the U.S. ever gets desperate, they will haul out a mess of ERW http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enhanced_radiation_weapon , 1 kiloton devises and turn the population into fertilizer.

    What we have here is a little punk with a huge inferiority complex. I see the problem as being real and he may make a strike on S.K. I learned the term "delusions of grandeur" decades ago and this is where the danger lies. My belief is that he thinks that he actually can pull this off. Unfortunately, if it's a massive conventional attack the retaliation would totally destroy many large cities in N.K. and kill hundreds of thousands. If he would launch a nuke the retaliation could cost losses to be in the millions. All this said, I think he may still try something stupid. Hey, nobody ever called this punk smart!
