I would like to get a poster or possibly have a flag printed. It would be the black & white ISIS flag, but with a big Red Circle with diagonal line (the NO) through it, superimposed on the ISIS flag. I'd like one big enough so that I can affix it to my F-350 and make a statement everywhere I drive it.

I really like that idea Ray! If U put the words "NO MORE" in the diagonal bar, it may make a more firm statement.

I don't know anything about print shops, but I strongly suspect that (given modern technology) they would rather take a graphic that you made, in some computer format, and print it out somehow. I think if they were to make a graphic for you that's what they would do anyways.

so get somebody to use photoshop to make such a thing, the higher resolution the better, and email it to the print shop or however they do in the year 2015.

    here's one

this is only 700x467, but 600 DPI. may be enough. don't know what the print size is though they certainly have to enlarge anything you give them to fit on a truck.

Your best bet is a 3-layer decal.

A sheet of plain black decal vinyl with the white
graphic and the red "No" pictograph on top.

A CNC cut decal will be cheaper than silkscreen printing.
