Your prices are fine - give it a bit more time. Browning should sell but remember - Summer = Slow Sales for Long Guns. Good Luck.

Sit tight. Money is tight for some. Hunting season is around the corner.

    Sales on everything is slow.
It does help to make sure you get your product out to as many buyers as possible.
When I sell an item, I will put it on Ebay, Craigslist, local paper, forums, company bill boards, etc. The more people that see you ads the more likely you will sell.

You have to think of it this way. A gun is worth what someone will pay for it. I personally wouldnt pay the price of a barrett 50 bmg but people do. It all depends on how much someone wants it. If I was in the market for your items I would bid because they are fair prices. Besides guns dont go bad and you dont have to feed them.

I don't have near as many sales as most people but I have sold everything I've listed, I find that not using the buy now feature can enhance the auction aspect of the sale, seeing the eventual price can deter a bidder who originally did not want to pay that much but in the frenzy of "Winning" his/her gun sometimes they have actually outbid the buy now price, that same frenzy in my opinion can be to your advantage more without a final price posted. Use the reserve and start at a penny interested bidders will "search" for the reserve price, I know I have actually bought two firearms I really wasn't ready to buy due to the fact that while searching the best price I found a gun that matched my description and placed a low ball bid and won, so followed through and bought, my .26 cents long post sorry

Yep, drop the reserve and just have the starting bid be what the reserve was.

Prices are fair. If you need to move them "out of season" you have to make them cheap, not fair.

    I say wait till fall.

Good advice, I never, ever bid in reserve auctions.

I don't care for reserve auctions either.

I wonder if 257 has even looked at all these posts? He has not posted here again?

I say, lose the reserve, roll the dice, start them cheaper. They will sell for a good value I'm sure.

I have read the posts and know that some will not bid on reserve auctions.

I also realize that summer is a slow time.

I also know that starting at a realistic price set on the items did not allow them to sell.

At the advice of several, start them low and they will sell for a good price" I ended up selling a $400.00 rifle for $299.00. I won't make the mistake of doing that again.

I also have been offered $150.00-$250.00 guns for a $425.00 gun. I have been offered a 10/22 for the SPS and been offered a Benelli Nova for it also. (seperate offers) This doesn't make much sense does it?

I simply asked if my prices were out of line.
