Thanks for posting the pics for me, I appreciate the assistance.
Well, contracted the Harley Insurance company, they said they would not insure the bike so now I am waiting on an insurance packet from a specialty insurer, which should arrive by mail soon. Will give them a shot, but may just put the bike in storage and lower insurance, as it looks like I will be outta here, back to Iraq in later SEP or early OCT. I think this is gonna be another long one, and after 18 months out of the country fightin in the Global War on Terrorism (GWOT) thus far, looking to add another 6 months onto the total.
I truly appreciate all of your input on insurers, and I called EVERONE of them. I am ceretainly better informed on the subject and will hopefullt come out better financially for the effort. Thanks again, will update you as the drama unfolds, so you may not have to learn at your own expense.

Does it look that much like a Custom, or just a freshly painted Softail? I really do not understand the 3-fold increase in insurance for this bike, do you?

I ride it in the rain, I have to wear that damn helmet because of the post regulations, and it has never seen a trailer, unless it was broken and getting fixed. Not a show bike, by any measure. Used for fun and excitement only.
Since this photo, I removed the old taillight/licence plate, and put in a smootherd "frenched" LED tailight and mini-license frame. Really helped to clean up the rear end of the bike.
One last thing, any takers on the "LITTLE STURGIS RALLY" here in Kentucky next year? Let me know and I'll do the coordination for us all.[:D]

I told you it was more of a Harley than a Custom[:D]. I just had all the cases seperated and installed all new gaskets... no more leaks. But, I honestly miss the leaking, as it was rather minor and alway reminded me to keep checking and changing the fluids.
Just doesn't seam like a Harley w/o the oil spots here and there[:(].

Here in MA we have stupid no fault insurance so the smart insurance companies dont even sell insurance here. We are stuck paying what they ask and all the companies that sell insurance have the same prices.
