Sighting.....glasses question

Ok so here it is,the other day as I was "sighting" from my bear bait stand,I realized that I can't see good...duh,thats why I have glasses.See I usually shoot open sights, but but a nice post scope on the 06 for more distance etc.OK cause my eyes are getting bad.ANYWAY,my glasses are to see far away, and I have problems with the scope with em on,so I am reduced to ,Removing them before sighting, too much movement and time involved here. What do I do here,I am sure some of you got "simular"problems here? I'm ok if I stick with the open sights...

Scopes are no problem(without the glasses)
as long as their focused right. My problem
is with open sights. The glasses work fine
for the sights, but I can't see the target.
Take'em off and I see the target fine, but
really have to concentrate on on the sights,
which in turn lessens my concentration on
the target.[:(][:(]
IT'S WHAT PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT THEMSELVES THAT MAKES THEM AFRAID.
but I guess I shoot enough I don't seem to have a problem. Mainly with handguns, I don't care about the target as I can still see it.
I focus on the sights and center them on the target and do fairly well most of the time. [;)]
Same on whitetail, if the sights are lined up on the shoulder, he drops. I think it's really just getting used to it.
