Multi-Million Dollar House

I just received a call from a local lawyer who was contacted by a law firm in NYC. Seems a very rich, very well known individual needs an appraisal on their house. Some years ago I was called by one of these NYC lawyers to do his mothers waterfront home so my name was sent down to the local guy to engage my services for this task. Certainly, it makes me feel good that I am highly thought of enough to be handed this case, but, it sounds a little over whelming...follow this:

The house is about 12,500 square feet of living space.

Several outbuildings

3 Stories plus basement.

It has a shooting range in the basement that can handle large
ordinance.

It's ONLY on about 50 acres of waterfront.

The real estate taxes are about $40,000 a year.

Super security system, gates, sensors, etc.

Must be nice to have THAT kind of money.
