BDJr- hatchet man for the string pullers?

Had an unexpected meeting with the bag man for a local political behind the scenes force. They apparently think they know me from my writings in the papers and sought my help in asassinating the characters of some folks they don't deem worthy of being elected next week. I was slipped some inside info that came from a rat in some closed meetings. More or less given the ammo and showed the targets. I find it all humorous because the intended targets, who also think they know me, have slipped me some pretty damaging stuff on the other guys. If only they had all confided in me sooner I could have quietly registered to run for office as an independant and then published both sets of dirty laundry. Doesn't matter now since our paper won't publish any political items between now and the elections.
