Got the results from my yearly checkup today. Seems I'm doing pretty good for 71. All my blood tests were well within normal ranges, and BP was 145/80 (good for me). On top of that the Dr. was pleased that I had managed to drop 18 pounds since my last visit. I told him that I had cut back on sodas and milk and started eating smaller portions as my New Year's resolution.
Feeling pretty darned good, but had to brag a bit.[8D]
Think I'll celebrate by buying a gun or two!

    I' 72 and had prety much done what you are doing years ago. I am physicaly active, BP and colostrol were good. I am 6'2" tall and weighed 215 in March when my upper aorta suddenly seperated. I was walking around with it for 3 weeks before they finaly discovered it. I contribute being in good shape for surving it. Keep up the good work. It can prolong your life.
