Gunnut505 Knife Giveaway - (Winner)

I was going to ship this Custom made skinning knife, Antler handle, SS blade, brass bezel, made by my Cousin. (Very talented.) To Gunnut505 as a thank you to him, for all the unsolicited Chili goodness he was so kind as to have shipped me over the last 8 months or so. Would never accept any $$ from me.

I had it in a box with his address ready to go, but could not get in touch with him.


I will humbly offer it up, in His Honor, to a Forum Member on random selection. Only thing I ask, is that you remember my friend Joe Woolston/Gunnut505 When you handle/use it.

I am saddened it never got to him.

    Please consider this my entry. I believe this is same Gunnut that was so pro gun and protective of 2nd Amendment rights.

    I am sorry you lost your friend. I lost a dear friend recently before I could give him a little bottle of sand from Normandy where he served. Taught me a lesson to never put off for tomorrow what you can do today.

    I would use the knife proudly.

    He was a Good Man.

    I will most definately miss him.

    What a fantastic idea for a fallen member Ken... If I win it, I would probably have a guy I know that engraves knives, engrave an eagle on the blade on one side and the whole second amendment on the other side... Thanks for the opportunity Ken

    While this brought me many smiles it also has caused additional grief - as I take stock of how much of a presence he played in my life and how much he will be missed - a void has been left.

    Count me in also. Sadly the older we get the more this stuff happens. I have lost a few good friends lately.

    Sadly i lost a friend to his personal demons that he could/would not control.

    His daughter is getting ready to have his first grand kid.[:(]

    Prayers you get better sooner. It will never go away completely.
