Did y'all have snow? We usually didn't have snow for ours when I was in scouts. Those homemade sleds are pretty hard to drag around on dirt. The one year we did have snow the sled kept running over us and crashing cause we weren't used to having to much to stop it.

Yea, we have snow-six to eight inches not counting the drifts.
Some of the boys fell getting runover and/or dragged [:0] by there over zelous fellow troop members.
Nobody got hurt.....well maybe their feelings, but they all bounced.
