Concealed Carry Reciprocity Map

I figured this might help people keep up with the laws. Just click on the state or states that you hold a CCL from, and it'll tell you what states recognize it and allow you to use it.

I can't travel to my brother's in Minot ND and have my CCL recognized, unless I want to take the long way around by going through Iowa.

Likewise, if he had a CCL from ND, he couldn't travel home through MN and have his recognized.

Bear in mind that a guy was recently arrested in NYC after he was caught packing there. He used one of these web site reciprocity maps and was told his permit was good there. I would double check the particular states specifically before assuming the info was correct.

Just lock the gun in the trunk of car while going through MN. ND has been trying to work with MN on getting reciprocity with them for awhile now. Hoping they do it soon, we travel to the cities all the time for my sons doc appointments and it sucks big time not being able to carry. I've had a CCW permit sense i was 18 and it just doesnt feel right when i'm not carrying.

If you actually take the time to look at that map, you'll see that NY does not ever show as a state that recognizes any other state's CCL.
