I will help you if I can but first I will have to understand what you are trying to accomplish. Are you saying you want the tool bar? or you're trying to get rid of it? Are you trying to put some other tool bar on there?...just for starters... Also, consider switching to a better browser with better support, such as firefox (which is free).

What you're looking for is called the Menu Bar.. Press and release the ALT key.. When the bar appears, right-clickit and click/select Menu Bar.. That will check it, and it'll be there all the time..

Place your mouse cursor in the upper region of a "Windows Explorer" page and right click. You should get a popup menu box; select "Menu Bar".

If you don't get the popup menu box with the "Menu Bar" selection when you right click there, just move the cursor around at the top area of the Windows Explorer page and keep trying to right click until you get the popup box with the "Menu Bar" selection as the first entry.

If you can't feel the music; it's only pink noise!

There are several ways to do this. One way is to press and hold the "ALT" button and then press "ENTER" that will full-screen a program if it can be full screened.

To make it any size you want you can put the mouse cursor on any edge until the cursor changes to arrows. Press and hold the left mouse button and drag the window to the size you want. This works on most programs.

Most programs will also have 3 bottons in the top right corner... a "-", "[]" (box), and an "X". Press the box button to make the program full screen. Most of the time a program will remember what it last was when you closed it and will go to that size and shape when you open it next time. If you have multiple of the same program open it gets more complex, however.

A couple more suggestions.. After using the corner to drag to size, hold-down the CTRL key and use the X in the upper right to close the Window.. May need to do this more than once to get Windows to remember..

Also.. Right-click whatever shortcut you use to open the program- Desktop , or in All Programs.. In the right-click context menu, select Properties.. In the Run box, click the down arrow and select Maximize > Apply > OK..
