    Funny you brought that up. Went shooting a couple days ago at a secluded public shooting range in Californy and low and behold...somebody shows up with a pre-ban AR15 and starts spraying led....bragging about buying the rifle in Nevada......

    He smelled like...California Department of Justice.

    [:)]Went this morning, it's almost like a 'fix'. Shot about a dozen rounds through the 50 cal Hawken. Mostly patched round ball, but a couple of powerbelts also, 100 gr. of powder. Shooting between 40-50 yds, hit the tree and the target most times (mostly the tree). I'm confident I will hit the deer in a vital spot come October.

    Took the revolvers too. All I did with them was show them off to my brothers friends[;)]. I intended to shoot them but my father insisted on coming with me and got tired.[?] I had to take him home to get his medicine. He's 74 now, with a bad heart, so I don't fool around when he says he's tired.[V]

    Powder: I am going tomorrow.[:D] Plan to spend the evening mounting my new scope, checking and cleaning what needs cleaning.
    I get a relaxing evening in addition to as much shooting as I can stand tomorrow![:D][:D]
