Im looking into add a piece to the collection and even these two choices are very diferent, I need some opinions, the first is the Rger 10/22 target I saw one he other day at the range plus my cousin use to have one of the basic models and we had some fun so the hole thing may be around 600 with all the goodies and the second one is the new Beretta cx4 wich gun and all the accesories will be around 800 so I just use it for target/fun wich one would you buy???

Would one have to be a parent in order to be intitled
to have an opinion on whether or not it's wrong to kill
a child just because they would make your life harder?
just wondering what other people think.

Can't get much better then the Ruger. Also, the $200 difference will buy about 20 bricks of ammo for it.....consider it a bonus. [:D][:D][^]

I'd get a used standard Ruger 10/22 and swap for a target barrel and a nicer stock ( www.boydboys.com ) and have a nicer gun for just a little more cash than the 10/22 Target. Then I'd sell the leftover stock and barrel on ebay.

    $600 is to high for a 10/22

Brand new MkII Compebreastion pieces have a MSRP of $480 and usually sell for slightly below ...

    I'm smelling a "rat".

I did not type in the word Compebrestion in that message.

I agree that $600 is a bit high for the target 10-22.

Unless someone has installed a compit!tion trigger group in it.

Should be able to pick one up for a little over $350. at least that was one I saw a couple months ago.

The Ruger is definatly the way to go.
