The The National Association for Gun Rights?

Who are they. Are they just taking donations to keep them selves in a job or do they actually do anything?

Ok, folks, this is all meant in good fun.

There are certain members that post with *ahem* their own style, so I've worked up a fake post. Can you guess who they are?

This is not meant in a mean spirited manner, we all have our little quirks and I thougt this would be amusing.

#1 Hypothetical question for you........let's say someone inherited a winchester 94 from their great-grandfather. Unknown to them, however, a friend of the great grandfather modified the tube to accept more than 10 rounds. Somehow, a BATFE agent gets wind of the modification, tracks it to me, uh, I mean the great grandchild, and arrests them for violating the 10 round mag capacity. It could happen. Really. Is it their fault? Does it matter that it's not a detachable mag? Would the great grandfather be liable? Your opinions please.

#2 quote: Hypothetical question for you........ tracks it to me, uh, I mean the great grandchild Sure, this is a hypothetical question
This must be such a danger
That you need to contemplate it happening at all
Why don't you come up with a serious question?

#3 In my 40 years of experience, traveling the continents and familiarizing myself with the military arms of the world, I have never seen a winchester 94 with a modified magazine. I am personally familiar with all variations dating back to the original 1894 model. Even if you could modify one in such a manner, Section X subsection XX clearly states that said magazine must be detachable in nature. You also state nothing of the manner in which the supposed agent discovers the existence of the firearm, let alone how it is being shipped. What is the purpose in asking such a question in the first place?

#4 Why are you even bothering with that rifle? Clearly an inferior round. 30 cal = .308 45acp = .45 You do the math. 45ACP RULES!

#5 If'n I kin put in my own 2 bits, yer all wrong! Ya little sheets!

#6 Well.......did everyone take a mean pill today? I'm having a lot more fun playing with one of my 53 cats, why do you BOYS feel it necessary to prove that you're smarter than anyone else? Oh well.....*lol*....see ya later hon

#7 YOU ARE SO FULL OF CRAP!!!! I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT A 9MM CAN BLOW A 2 FOOT HOLE IN A 300LB MAN AT 30 FEET.

#8 (really #7 posting as #8) The .223 has proven its effectiveness repeatedly at the matches, and you still bother with the clearly inferior 30 cal. If you would simply read my book available in paper back from Paladin Press you could read how I proved this numerous times while taking down the bad guys in countless black ops.

(editors note: ok, 7 and 8 where mean spirited.....so what?[}:)])

#9 #1 - you really ought to read and re-read #3's answer until you get it.

    #2 - you know

#5 - calling everyone names will not win the argument and will certainly cause more of a ruckus than bring anyone over to your side. It's childish, please stop.

#10 This topic is not appropriate to this forum, I am locking it. Please move to one of the other forums.

I'm sitting here laughing our loud at some of the responses. [:D] You guys crack me up.[:o)] Wife probably thinks I've got more than the usual screw loose since it's almost 3am here.

So far the correct one's given are

    1) trfox
    5) the Law
    6) BR
    7) Playboyspook
    10) Cap'n

50%, hmmmm, guess my online imitations are as bad as my real life imitations.[V]

Pa - not being on here is neither good nor bad. I couldn't work in a way to joke about dirty shorts. Sorry. Also couldn't figure out, given the subject, how to work in Israel-is-the-bad-guy or Bush-is-the-bad-guy jokes, so no Hairy or EMM.

Law - sod off, even I can misstype sometimes [;)]

KJ - how about a full cylinder with my 454 at your favorite attacking stolen car?[8D]

outdoortexas - what? Did you read my favorite quote or something?[:p]

OK folks, big clue right there in my response. Anyone else?
and I can't believe that you would know #1 and NOT #3.

quote:a complete stab in the darkYou were being sarcastic, right? OK, #3 down.

Since I'm not that high profile, I'll give you #9 - ME. Thought it would only be fair to include myself on the list if I was pokin' fun at people.

Now that I've re-read the responses, NO #2 is not DWS!! I poked fun at him once, and it turned out I was stepping into the middle of something I knew nothing about and ended up embarrassing myself.

And the line about #7 posting as #8 was meant to be funny, who knows for sure who all the trolls are for real. Wasn't Acyman the alter ego of PBS? Anyway, funny thing is CRS has struck big time.....can't remember #8's name.....was the one everyone was cracking the 'can' jokes about. CAN anybody remember?

#2 was actually meant to be faldum - if he read this I'm sure he knew by my 'you know' response and the fact that I presented him as #2.

Guess that wraps it up......definitely need to work on my impressions.
