We need to evacuate the country and let them have their civil war.
Then we need to a-bomb the survivors.
Finally, we need to take over their oilfields.

quote:Chanting "Fallujah is the graveyard of Americans," residents cheered after the grisly assault on two four-wheel-drive civilian vehicles, which left both in flames. Others chanted, "We sacrifice our blood and souls for Islam."

Associated Press Television News pictures showed one man beating a charred corpse with a metal pole. Others tied a yellow rope to a body, hooked it to a car and dragged it down the main street of town. Two blackened and mangled corpses were hung from a green iron bridge across the Euphrates.

"The people of Fallujah hanged some of the bodies on the old bridge like slaughtered sheep," resident Abdul Aziz Mohammed said. Some of the corpses were dismembered, he said.

Beneath the bodies, a man held a printed sign with a skull and crossbones and the phrase "Fallujah is the cemetery for Americans."

This happened in a city that is known to have a large number of people that where backers of Sadam and prospered because of Sadam while most of Iraq suffered under Sadam. The greater peercentagfe of the Iraq people are gald they were liberated by us.

    Hey BlackRoses,

In case you forgot, they did "invade" our Country and continue to to do so. Whether some here want to believe it or not, Saddam and his regime have supported tererorism(directly and indirectly). Screw the Fuel air bombs, e have plenty of nukes sitting around waiting for their chance to go BOOM. The hole area would make a nice parking lot for the resorts that could be create in 10 or 20 years on the Arabian Gulf.

    Hairy -

The chickens came home to roost long before Bush. I blame no one in particular, but there are few that don't have dirty hands in some way.

No matter your world views Hairy, we're now forced to deal with a culture that seeks to destroy us. What I mean by "now" is that the time is now... Had events been different the timing could have been different, but it would have happened anyway.

I'm guessing that you drive a car. Further, I'm guessing that you're not happy with the rise in energy prices. Hell, Hairy, we're all guilty because we place our needs and wants ahead of logic... And logic teaches that it's not smart to support an enemy.

Contrary to what you may believe, my guess is that the Jewish state is neither an enemy, nor a friend. States don't make friends, they act in their own best interest. Thus, the Jews (Israel) should be expected to act however they must to further their cause. Sometimes they act in unison with the US, other times they don't.

Further, I think it's fair to say that Iraq is an enemy to the US. It may come to the point where the best we can do is make sure the Iraqi's can do us no harm. I'm for whatever it takes to accomplish this goal.

Saudi Arabia is much the same. Saudi Arabia is our enemy. They teach hate for the west, they take tons of our money, and they use us in every way possible. In a way we should stand back and admire them for being able to accomplish this feat.

At some point we'll realize that it's better to pay ourselves $5.00 per gallon of fuel than to pay Saudi Arabia even $1.00. I just wonder how long it's going to take for us to wake up? We're also going to realize sooner or later that our borders need to be sealed and that folks from anything other than overtly friendly nations need not bother to come to our shores.

    Enough said.

Nord: I disagree that we are in a war with a culture that is out to destroy us. This thread is about the killing of 4 American contractors in Iraq--where we are the invaders and now the occupiers of their country.

Our propaganda before the invasion was beaten to a rhythm that pounded out, over and over, "WMD, Nukes, Imminent Threat to US" and it was and is BS.

To further stupefy any remaining caution or thinking that might take place, we were told we would be "greeted with flowers and open arms." Well, anyone with one-half a brain would know better; and it turns out the greetings are with Improvised Ordnance and the open arms are holding AK-47s. As I said, the chickens are coming home to roost in the bush. [}:)][;)]

I have a friend whos son is over there.
From what he tells his dad, the older people appreciate the Americans, Its the young crowds that are doing all the chanting and dancing. they are the ones harrassing our men. I feel that any that want to get up on top of the cars or our military equipment after being blown up, should be target practice for the americans. I understand that they consider us occupiers, but I don`t think our young would ever dance in the streets and drag the bodies of our enemies through the streets. I also don`t understand why we see the Iraqi`s on the news walking the streets fully armed. Why don`t we confiscate all the weapons we can find? They are being used against our military.

    Yes,,, You're right!
I'm sure that if an overwhelming force invaded my neighborhood, I might try to kill every one of these "invaders" that I possibly could!
I WOULD NOT drag the bodies of the "invading" CIVILIANS through the streets in celebration of my "heroic" act!
Nor would I allow the animalistic attack to be video taped.
Afterward, I would fully expect that the the lives of myself and my family would be forfeit as a result of my actions!

We should identify every face we possibly can from those photos and videotapes.

    Hairy,

Again, you are not stating the whole of that scenario... who is responsible for the "riots" after a football game? A very small minority, not the entire population as your posts would lead us to believe.
What about the L.A. riots a few years back? It was a very small percentage of the population of South Central that caused all that damage. On the flip side, there were literally thousands of CA citizens that showed up after it was finished to help clean up and aid the neiighborhoods recovery, I know, I was there. The Iraqi's that are killing the civilian contractors and ambushing our Soldiers are a very small percentage of the Iraqi populace, I have not been there, but my brother in law and several friends are there.

I said earlier that we should nuke the whole area, I stand by that... at some point we haver to say enough is enough, either the attacks stop or we wipe out the problem, I would suggest one city at a time, let's say starting with Fallujah. Which is how Viet Nam should have been handled. Look back through history and study the great general's, how did they win and maintain control over their new "subjects"? They made examples of those who stood up against them, burned entire cities to make their point.

It is a small minority of people that are doing these things in Iraq. The media wants to report to you and wants you to see only the things that get attention and sadly these horrible things is what the public wants. Ever open the paper and see mostly good news?
In comparison- There are a lot of good kids out there winning awards, exceeding in school, collecting money for the needy, helping out in fund raisers. Do you see this on the headlines or even the second page? No, you hear of the shootings, rowdy parties, racing, and robberies and all the other things related to the young. The news is negative, and it is what makes news.
Like it or not, the media manipulates you into "their" agenda, influences your vote and hides the truths.
The most of the people in Iraq are thankfull for their new begining and want to proceed with a more free life, but you wont see this much on THE NEWS!
Which one of you (and give it some thought) would push the button to murder "everyone" in a city, the "innocent" along with the "evil"? Their lives in "your" hands. Are you prepared for the consequence? In doing so, are you better or worse than the enemy? If there were two hated people in your home with all of your family, would you accept someone blowing up everyone in your home just to rid of the two?
Perhaps you would agree, God should destroy the Earth for the sake of a few bad folks!? Then what?
What is the answere? I don't know for sure, but if we continue to fight, sooner or later, the evil ones will be removed!

Georgie got us in a mess of crap in Iraq. The whole plan from the get go was silly- "open arms"? "they'll willingly join the fight"? Whatever happened to the Powell doctrine? The purpose of war is destruction, period. You destroy until the foe says "no more". Well, who really can give in? Who is to call off the dogs? The whole of Iraq is a tribal culture.

I was all for the war and getting rid of Saddam. However, the way it was handled was an embarrasment. Not saying that the performance of the army wasn't top notch, but the plan was foolish. Iraq is no more ready or capable of understanding or wanting democracy than a 5 year old.

If the Iraqi people wanted to be free of Saddam, they'd have killed him long ago. Stupid, Stupid, Stupid, and I blame Bush and the Republicans. Don Rumsfeld, the same stupid Bast--- that was buddy-buddy with Saddam when Ronnie sent him the WMD to begin with!

Nord- If Saudi Arabia is a foe (and I agree with you there), why is Bush such a Kiss -* to them? They supported OPEC's new cut in production!

    Well I give up.

Maybe those pos irakis in their pos part of the world deserved saddam. Why not reduce a couple of those core towns to ashes and sand while we begin our exit. And reduce more as needed. I just don't think American GI's or civilians faced this kind of bs in occupied Germany and Japan while helping put those places back together following WWII. This deranged iraki pos society is motivated by their pos cultism (disguised as religion) and requires being dealt with in only the harshest manner.

When those pos iraki "youth" desecrated the bodies of dead Americans and waved celebratory banners over the noncombatant's ambush they joined the military and qualified as unrestricted enemy targets, no longer under any shield of protection as civilians or protestors. They and the people who associate with them and harbor them are targets as well. The places they live and work are bona fide targets. I endorse a maximum sustained effort against these targets now. It distresses me that we are losing soldiers in that pos place without extracting huge costs from their killers.

When I said "I give up" I meant that in my opinion its time to just chuck it. You can paint a turd gold but at the end of the day all you've got is a gold turd. Infidels and satans my *. ALL these pos people and their pos country aren't worth one American life.

As far as maybe we have it coming, occupying the country, well these pos irakis and their cult brothers and sisters ARE occupying US schools, stores, offices, etc. and they are not being hauled out and slain and burned in the street. Anybody on this forum or anywhere else that even thinks that bunch and their behavior compares in any way to the way we do business in this country is pitifully uninformed or insincere at best.

    God Bless America.

We fight them there or here. I vote we kill them there. There's lots of video showing those responsible. Every last one of those guilty should die, immediately, in a very public execution. Of course, if Kerry gets voted in, I'm certain he would be happy to lead the surrender and let the UN have our "war criminal" troops.
