Anyone here good with computers??

Ever been on a public computer or wireless network and been just dieing to check an auction, or chat on the forum but the damn censors wouldn't let you access anyting with nauty words like, "Gun," or, "Firearms," were in the title? Well I was visiting one of the other gun related forums the other day and I noticed that someone more engenuitive than I have developed a way around these censors!! there is some software called "Bounceme.net" that somehow routes you around these security protocols. Is anyone here knowledgable enough to set one of these up for gunbroker? In my opinion this would be highly useful both on the forum and auction side.
