Put the mouse down, push the coffe cup away from the edge of the desk. On your feet for some push-ups! Assume the front leaning rest position! GO! Try for 50! Breath it out soldier! Come on!

Now get ready for Jumping Jacks, sound off as you go with a four count! Ready!?! GOOOO! 1-2-3-ONE! 1-2-3-TWO!...

Try for at least 50. Wake me up when you're done.

    Come on people! We need to get up and get grooving and moving in the Morning! How 'bout it Marines? You guys love to torture yourselves. We can all get our calistenics in and do it on the honor system! Get all that blood pooled in our a$$es pumping to our brains![8D] OK, I'll be here at 0800 local (AZ) tomorrow and we'll try again.
