I had a salad, sirloin tip roast, sweet taters, gravy and biscuits, lemonade ... NO room for desert.

A nice chef salad and piece of cold fried chicken. It was in the upper 90's here today and a cold dinner sounded good.
Oh and top that off with a couple of shots of crown over ice.[;)]

Finished up one of those rotisserie(sp) chickens from Wally World last night just to get it out of the fridge.

Got a venison hind quarter thawin' our to put on the grill later today.Set it out last night,so when I get back to the house it should be thawed pretty good.Gotta remember to get some injectable marinade(Garlic & Herbs) before I leave town.
