    Got laid off last Thur. Turned 65 Labor Day. l think i am gonna do the SS/UNEMPLOYMENT dance for awhile. With all the extensions out l may be able to get TWO SCOOPS of 0bambux til 2013 Labor Day [:D]

    Id say its more like 45% in pennsyltuckey. and its now official here employers are now taking advantage of it. giving minimum wage and part time positions only and people are fighting just to get those positions. but then again this is a heavily democratic state (I know blows for me and everyone else here) in the past few years we have lost most of our manufacturing jobs (gee thanks environmentalists) I fear things will only get worse.

    Got the notice today that in less that 6 mo, my job is moving to Burlington MA.

    Retired 2 1/2 years and have two part time jobs that add about 50% to my retirement. We'd be in good shape if the Grouch Attack's work hours hadn't got cut 20% for the last 6 months. It's looking like I may have to spend some money on equipment to add some depreciation on this year's taxes.

    News just reported here that there were 39,000 less unemployment filings last week. Yeah they are the 39,000 that just fell off the rolls because they used up all their unemployment benefits or just got tired of trying.
