I got this laptop fixed and now half of my capital letters don't work as well as the question mark. What the hell is wrong[?] Don't yell if I don't use capital letters. It's not me, it's the damn computer

HELP PLEASE.....
Can I put the contact list on a SD or memory card and import it to Opera from there?
AT
CCleaner NO
Malware No
Super spyware NO and I can't delete it
Good news is I got rid of a bunch of usless crap. Bad news is I lost everything else I had saved.
Question is, can I get any of the stuff I need back, or is it gone for good?
There is no pleasure in having nothing to do;the fun is having lots to do and not doing it.
I have windows 7 with Internet Explorer.
Please help.
Thanks,
Render error
Requested ap a(7) not found: Reason: "vertex shader 3.0 not supported."
OK
When I click OK another larger box pops up that says,
Program Error
and then a lot of mumbo jumbo in the box and thats as far as it goes. Can anyone help please? Deleted and reloaded the disk several times with the same results.
About 6 months ago I noticed it take forever to boot up - like 5-7 minutes. After that it runs fine. I wanted to list my start-up files but forget where to find them. I did check a few weeks ago and the list wasn't that long.
Any ideas guys?
"Keep turnin to the RIGHT"
I have been having this problem with my computer. The message that I have done a screen shot of, started a couple days ago. I gives me this message every time I go to a new program. When I start it up, of course the are like 10-15 of these messages that come up. These messages, in the upper left hand corner of each message has a different program name of course, but the message is the same.. Ones I get into a program. I no longer get this message about that particular program.
Now let me tell you what I have done so far to get rid of this, About a week before this started, I down load an ad-on to my AVG security stack, and also down loaded Google Chrome. So I deleted both of these thinking that one or both caused it, no help. I also done a restore to a known good restore point. No help there either. So I just done a "scan for bad sectors and attempt recovery. Still no help.. Does anyone know how I can fix this? here is the screen shot of the message I get
BTW: I tried resizing the screen shot to make it easier to read, but it just distorted the words beyond recognition
turn the computer on and you get nothing I can here the dive and it makes a noise that does not sound right.
this is a little older comp. but I was going to give it my youngest daughter.

1) D830 which is my sons. It is a tank. Works fantastic with Vista Business SP2, with 4gb RAM.
2) E5500 which is the MIL's. She needed something she could sit in her chair with after she broke her knee.
She couldn't sit at the desk with the desktop HP.
So I got it for her on eBay $65.00 shipped. Has Vista Business SP2 and 4gb Ram.
3) E6400 my daughters. Has Vista SP2 and 4gb RAM.
4) E6400 my laptop. Has Vista Business SP2, 4gb RAM and a larger hard drive then the rest of them.
Been through similar issues with them.
The Latitude Series is an excellent series of laptops. Thing is Dell has cheapened them in the newer models.
They are not as heavy or rugged as the older ones.
Son dropped his D830 about 2 weeks after getting it. I almost lost it.
No cracks in the case and it works perfectly. They are tough laptops.
