BSA or Simmons Red Dot

I am looking for a 30-32mm Red dot scope and have narrowed it down to these two brands they have the same price and options but I have never had either brand scope.
For on a Moss 500 slug gun
Which would you pick?


Reason limiting to these two are they are in cabelas and I have a gift cert to use

I've had nothing but problems with the BSA reddots, they fog up, I just switched to a Tasco Pro Point.

I never Did have good luck with ANY brand red dot scope,I tried them all with poor results.I wanted a red dot scope real bad for one of my slug guns too and picked the burris eletro-dot rifle scope, it has an
illuminated red dot that when turned off (or batt dies) its a regular cross hair, so your hunt is not over if you DOT gives up the ghost for some reason.Check one out.

your right they are about the same and either one can work out for you or either one can crap out ... kinda like rollin the dice. However the bright side is that if you loose it's not a lot of money down the drain.


If you only have time to do two things so-so, or one thing well ... do the one thing!
