Has anyone used these .22's yet? If you have could you tell me what you think about them?

i have used them. out of my 18" 10/22 bull barrel, they are extrememly weak. you can watch the round arc toward the ground. it does have enoght pucnh at 20 yards to kill a squirrel(got the skin to prove it) great little rounds if you want quiet. no gun powder, just primer. only problems, no distance, wont cycle semi auto. but no big deal on either of those accounts.

    maggiethecat is 100%-right on.
    q-u-i-e-t but weak.
All depends on what you want them for.

I gave a box to relative who lives in town. He had been using a bb gun to dispatch chipmunks and other pests in his garden. He thinks they are perfect. The standard colbri will work in a rifle, but occasionally will not clear the barrel of my 24" rem 512. You can see them travel down range. 100 yard hold over is about 45 feet.

I use the super colibri in my rifle and it works great for the occasional pest.

Funny you should ask that now. Just got a new Cheaper Than Dirt catalog Friday, and the Super Colibri is on sale. You have to buy a brick of 500 but it'll give you a chance to practice a lot.

Those super colibris should right for the task at hand. My neighbor-"crackhead Bob" has a possum living in his shed and i need a quite way to dispatch it. The animal passes all my poisoned goodies so i need a direct method to get rid of it. I would generally leave it alone but it has been killing kittens and that's hurting my grand kids.

boxtrap him use some old apples and can of tuna w/ holes in it you might catch a few cats ,but when you catch that possum take him out and exterminate him ,just saying that because you have kids around and you dont want to have a ricachet ,well you know.....
    best of luck.
