OK, lets say the ban sun sets and goes away. What do we see happening with the gun industry? Hi cap pistal mags back in service for all? Flash supressors and folding stocks back on rifles? Prices go up or down. Give me your thoughts. [8D]

One prediction: You would look for state or local restrictions to be voted in.

Well Greg, If the AWB sunsets, the first 3 months all prices will stay the same as for as parts & mags.
If nothing is passed to replace the AWB after the 3rd month, the dealers & mfg's are saying the prices on preban mags will drop to the pre-94 level. As it will take the mfg's 90days to catch up with the dlr's back orders for preban mag's. Dlr's have a limited supply of LEO mags, and will selling them like hotcakes at higher prices. Most likly at the current pricing levels until the post AWB mags are shipped to the dlr's. Same for the domestic folding stocks.

As for as flash suppressor's & etc..the prices should hold steady, except for imported rifle kits/parts(AK,CETME,HK,etc..) some of which are still barred from importation, will continue to climb in pricing.
    Of course this all speculation..

In MD, the new, green, democrat senator is looking to far outdo the national AWB with a much stricter local one. They are riding the DC sniper aftermath to get it done. Pathetic.[:(!][xx(]
