converting a glock

I know that I can convert my glock33 to shoot .40s&w simply by changing out the barrel and still using the same magazines. But would I be able to convert it to 9mm by changing the barrel and using different magazines? Has anybody ever done this?

No. The head size of the case is a different diameter, so it would require changing the slide also.

dheffley, said it best yesterday in answering a Glock question.I think his words were never do anything the Factory would advise against.I'm sure even if it would work you would have to change recoil springs as well.I would definantly take dheffley's advice.

I'd be better off getting a whole new gun then. Thanks.
