What's with all that purple gun crap on his photobucket page?

This guy is a loser of the worst type. Let's add to his count and ban him from this forum!

If I have personal firearms why would I sell them? Why would a dealer sell pre-FFL firearms and have to log them in and out of books?

    Oh my!

Devey arms is on the Tennessee Department of Commerce buyer beware list. He is also being sued by me in civil court. :)

He refused to sell me the items I purchased, probably because he thought my process server was going to hand him a subpoena.

I have only sold a few guns on the site, not a bunch of $5 trinkets. I have negative feedback from him as retalliation because I gave him negative feedback after he refused to sell me the items I won in the auction. I have only negative feedback from him while he has negative feedback from 3 separate people. That doesn't take into account his negative rating with the Tennessee Department of Commerce. Then there is his BBB rating.

I would not of had to sue him, but libel and failure to follow through with a contact is actionable.

Ummm... By any chance has the doctor adjusted your medications within the past month or so? I'm just asking.

Good luck on your future endeavor (you're going to need it) - and whatever other board you end up on after this one.

    Oh and IBTB.

As a business owner I have the right to refuse business to anyone I choose. The ATF told me I may refuse to transfer a gun to anyone.

Looks like the other dealer chose not to do business with YOU.

I won the auction and there was a contract to be fulfilled. Devey did not honor the contract and decided to libel me.

    5. Buyers and Sellers.

    b. Seller Undertakings.

    (i) Listing an Item constitutes entering into a binding legal contract with the buyer to sell the Item on the terms stated in this Agreement, the Site Rules and in the Listing, if the buyer's bid is the winning bid. You agree to complete the sale of all listed Items on such terms.

    To answer your original question:
kwikrnu donned a fetching camouflage and GoreTex ensemble and paraded around Radnor Lake Park carrying an AK-47 pistol, with the tip painted orange to resemble an Airsoft gun. His reasoning is that "cops don't shoot people with airsoft guns. If this handgun looks like an airsoft the cops won't shoot me."

The above should answer most questions about him.[:0]

I have a FFL and non-resident carry permits from several other states. I have a current court case against the state of Tennessee regarding the carry of arms. I've been waiting since September for the chancellor to render a judgment.

Leonard Stanni Embody did carry the weapon in an unsafe manner, in an unsafe location and in an unsafe condition. Tennessee Code Annotated 39-17-1352 (a) (3) states that any actions by the permit holder that poses [sic] a material likelihood of risk or harm to the public will be grounds to suspend or revoke a handgun permit.

That dog has already hunted. You won't get your permit. Only question is.. will they charge you at a later date for endangerment? If the prosecutor plays his cards correctly.. you will lose everything including maybe your freedom ( and your firearms )

I don't need support from "gun owners" to effect change. Most gun owners and gun groups have advocated the continued regulation of a right.

    What prosecutor and what crime?

You are emblematic of gun owners who would deprive law abiding persons of the right to bear arms.
