    I see his truck there this morning. I put a call in yesterday to a Sheriff's Dept. Investigator I know but he hasn't called me back yet.

    I'm not sure if Florida would extradite him or not so I'd like to know that before I do anything else. If they won't, the LEO's probably won't do anything. Still, I know if he committed grand larceny in Florida, he would do it up here as well. He already has a record in NY State for drug possession and assault on his girlfriend but she "loves him" anyway.

    My mother-in-law owns and lives on the property, only about 50 feet from where the girlfriend and dirtbag lives. I haven't told her anything because she has a big mouth and would tell the girlfriend he's wanted. I don't know if the girlfriend knows or not so I don't want to say anything that would get back to him.

    Assuming this Investigator does his job and checks him through NCIC, if you continue to see the bad guy hanging around that is your indication that it is not a full extradition charge.

    The Investigator called. He's going to check the guy out. Like you said, if the charge requires extradition, they'll pick him up on a fugitive warrant. Otherwise, there's nothing they can do if he's not wanted up here.

    Well, even if his warrant doesn't cover extradition, he's still a convicted felon. If I see him holding so much as a bb gun, he's toast. [:(!]
