Getting Back Fees on Deal Gone South

Feeling foolish. Had a bidder disappear off the face of the earth after placing the winning bid on a rifle. I filed with GB support, and though I never got acknowledgment from GB or the buyer, it appears that the "case" is in process.
Somehow, a few days ago, I found a place to request a refund of fees charged by GB but it was explained that I had to wait 10 days from first reporting the problem before I could request the refund.
10 days have passed, still no word form anyone, but damned if I can find the link to request the fee refund.

You answered your own question. Ten days have passed so you can now request a refund. It isn't automatic as Support doesn't know you still haven't been paid yet unless you tell them.
