Can anybody tell me how to get whatever problem I have resolved. I am unable to log on, I keep getting this message:
Your account has been suspended because your contact information (typically your email address) is invalid and we have been unable to contact you. This may also occur if you provided false or incomplete registration information. Once you furnish the correct information, we can reactivate your account. Please contact Customer Support by using the web site at http://www.gunbroker.com/Support. Please include your user name and registered email address in any correspondence. If your email address has changed, please include both your old and new email addresses.

I have checked all my account info and everything appears to be OK. I cannot even find a way to email them to question them about this issue. It seems like to me there support page keeps running me in circles. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Jim

Use the "contact customer support" link on the left side and explain your problem, answering all of their questions. They will look into the problem once they verify your identity. Maybe someone tried to log in under your user name but they will get back to you with a resolution.
