I used to recruit for the NRA until they sold us down the river (again!) in Heller v. DC. See my auctions (if any) under username henryreilly

Yeah, but the asking price is more than I paid for my house!

Hehe, nah. I love octagon barrels.. =o)
Got a .22LR Husquarna rifle, a Marlin 1895 Cowboy (blued) and a Davide Pedersoli "Sharps Sporter 1874" - all with octagon barrels. =o)
There's no way I'd put a silencer on either of those.
Simply because they can't be mounted in the lathe with three jaws - and I'm too lazy to do the job on a 4-jaw.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain

Thats the first thing that crossed my mind also. 65K?? For a gun? And it only holds two rounds!

The price appears to be of a bank job or a heist ... some serious pocket change! [;)] [:(] [:D]
Teddy Roosevelt. [xx(]
Definitely a colorful character with cajones de brazos ... interesting man of some very interesting times.
