Missed a deal

Tried to call a guy for 6 hours yesterday. He finally answered an email. He had a colt python SS with 6" barrel 2 speed loaders and holster. Said it was like new for $500. By the time I got a hold of him it was gone. I am always just a little to late. Oh well maybe next time.

    Local guy had a Mohawk .308 w/some kinda
    Weaver on it in the paper.Asking $350 obo.
    took 2 days to catch him at home.When I did,
    It turned out to be one of my customers and he
    had sold it that morning for$275.Supposedly in
    excellent condition.This was yesterday.[:(][:(]

    Tenant payed their rent Friday with a Remington 700 synthetic .270 with a redfield 3x9. I didn't need it but something is better than nothing.

    Happens all the time. Last week I called about a 54" big screen color tv advertised for 50 bucks, old lady answers the phone says its gone and told me it was a present that her son had gotten for her and she didn't like it because it was too big for her living room.[xx(]
