Alaskan Salmon Charter company

For fathers day this coming year, my brothers and I have decided to send our father and grandfather to Alska for some salmon and halibut fishing, something they have both always talked about doing but neither would ever do it for themself. What I am hoping for from GB is some recommendations from guides you have used. I have done some Googling and have found numerous charter companies but would rather use one that has a great reputation.
